The Bible consists of 66 books written over thousands of years.
The first book is Genesis, which was inspired by God and written in the Hebrew language in the days of Moses. It gives the history of the world starting with its creation by God, the Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ. It starts with the Holy Spirit hovering over the service of the waters.
God’s text messages to the world were not originally sent via smartphones, emails, or tweets. They were originally handwritten in Hebrew (the Old Testament) and Greek (the New Testament) by writers who were inspired by God, and then later translated into all languages of our current world.

Read
Read the Bible from start to finish. Many times individuals quote individual verses from the Bible and use them in the same context in which they were written. However, sometimes individuals quote a verse from the Bible which seems to mean one thing, but when the verse is read along with the entire book and chapter, the correct meaning is found.
